Each hand-batiked 100% cotton elephant is created using a multi-step process where the women trace the patterns onto plain white fabric and then apply wax to create each individual design. Because of the unique design process, no two elephants are identical. All elephants have a color coordinated ribbon tied around its neck and the bottoms of all the feet have contrasting fabric for a pop of color.
